A fantastic independent estate agent. If the Goodwins' ethos was used across all agents in the country then buying and selling would be a lot less stressful! I've used Goodwins several times over the last couple of year for buying, selling and managed letting and they are absolutely faultless. If you want an agent who picks up the phone, who keeps you updated and is actively involved in making your sale/purchase happen then you need to speak to the team at Goodwins.
We have tried other agents and we've found them to be utterly useless. I think I've been in contact with just about everyone on the Goodwin's team over the years and they are all lovely, professional and helpful. Thanks everyone!

We purchased our property through Goodwin's and had a fantastic experience. Sophie was brilliant from start to finish. She had so much patience for us as we navigated the bumpy 'Covid' process. When Sophie wasn't available the rest of the team were also always helpful. It's the personal touches that we really appreciated! If we ever decided to sell in the future, we would definitely be coming in Goodwin's direction.

I have recently rented a property through Goodwins (having done so previously) and once again the service has been fantastic. Sophie was so welcoming and friendly at the viewing, kept me informed throughout the application process and was at the end of an email or telephone for all my questions! We recently rented through Goodwins and I could not fault them at all. Sophie was amazing through the whole process and always made sure we were kept up to date with the process of our application. When we visited the store to drop our documents, Sophie was extremely friendly and again when we picked up the keys. Would highly recommend.

When starting the process of selling my house I had multiple estate agents who came for a valuation. It became very clear that Goodwin's were leagues ahead of the rest. Simon had the knowledge, experience and foresight to understand the real value of my property and achieve the best result possible for me. All of the staff at Goodwin's were knowledgeable, proactive and personable. Qualities that are apparently rather scarce in local estate agents.

Estate Agents do not come any better than Goodwin. My experience of a Purchase then a Sale has made them the No.1. agent to deal with in Stamford and surrounding areas. Jane Stocks fulfilled every single one of the promises she made when she came to value the property from start to finish, I was amazed at her level of service and handling of the transaction. We have just purchased our first property with Goodwins and have been so impressed with how they work. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we would definitely still be waiting for exchange/completion dates if it wasn't for them.
