Thank you so much to the staff at Pollard Estates especially Dawn who made the process of selling my parents house a smooth one. We lost our mum recently to cancer and dad wanted to sell the property it was a very sad and surreal occasion Dawn and Darren guided us through the process with such empathy and care. We recently used Pollard Estates to sell a house, which as most people know can be extremely stressful so I am very happy to say that the team were a massive support throughout and made it a positive experience. These guys do not have the best interest's of their vendors at heart. They refuse to pass offers on despite them being higher as they just want the property sold to collect their fees. We will never use them to sell a property again. We caught them out. BEWARE!

What an amazing experience from this family run estate agents. Moving house is stressful as it is however Pollards was just amazing from start to finish, in particular Dawn. Dawn is just amazing, she was always there to answer any questions I had and I even found myself calling her just for a chat as she knew what I was going through. We chose Pollards because it was an Independent Estate Agent and also through recommendation. Rachel and the team at Pollards were brilliant in every aspect of the sale of the house.
