Chiswick is situated at the start of the North Circular Road and the M4, the latter providing a direct connection to Heathrow Airport and the M25.

We have rented the house with Borthwicks for almost 2 years. Really Great service. When the Landlord sold out the house we have received from their team and especially from Robert ( director ) excellent support in every steps until leaving the property; including the new house search. If you are looking for very profesional and personal service that makes you feel that you are allways with someone around to help.this maust be them. You will not be disappointed.

Paul from Borthwicks helped me to find my perfect home to rent in Chiswick in 2017. The whole team, and Paul in particular have been a pleasure to work with ever since! I dealt with Paul from the beginning when he showed me the unit and subsequently helped me to secure a monthly rent that was more affordable. Paul and his colleagues, particularly Mike, always responded promptly to my queries. During the check-out, the whole process was quick and straightforward. When he learned that I was leaving the country, Paul helped to expedite the refund of my deposit.
His colleague Maria arranged for the full refund of my deposit on the very same day as my check-out which was simply fantastic. Will definitely call upon Borthwicks again if I return to Chiswick in future.

I'm a pretty demanding tenant in normal times, but even more so in pandemic times. Paul from Borthwicks went above and beyond to make sure my fiancee and I had a smooth and safe move and accommodate us; and was very responsive and helpful in finding us a new home we love. I really enjoyed working with Borthwicks - some agencies especially larger ones can sometimes feel robotic and impersonal and this was not the case at all here. I felt taken care of throughout the entire process with Paul - highly recommended!

Our experience with Borthwicks was incredibly positive. After weeks of searching and dealing with pushy agents from the bigger agencies, the warm and grounded approach from Paul and the team at Borthwicks was such a refreshing change. They let us the perfect apartment at the beginning of the first covid lockdown, when all the safety procedures we're so accustomed to now were brand new.

Borthwicks are genuinely the best estate agent I've encountered in a lifetime. Director, Robert Winter, is responsive, straightforward, credible, reliable, calm and competent.
