Best estate agents around. I received outstanding service from the team (specifically, Richard, Aaron and Hester) from start to finish. They are all such professionals and are experts at what they do. Richard, the director, took photos of the property like a professional photographer (and turns out he's handy with cars too; he gave my car a jumpstart after the battery died while I was trying to move my car from the drive way!). Aaron was outstanding with the updates he provided for the sale of my house and Hester expertly dealt with the sales progression and correspondence between myself and the buyers. Vital Space have been great from the word go, especially Hester and Sam. Vital have been really professional and informative on my move. It has taken 5 months to move out of my property. Sam was great on viewing by selling the actual house.so we'll Done. It would be remiss of me not to express my deep gratitude to VitalSpace for handling the sale of my late Mum's property. It was a sad time losing my Mum, and selling/buying homes can be extremely stressful at the best of times. Pleased to say that such a burden as this was relieved from me right away. A big regret on my part, but VitalSpace was not my first choice, simply because I didn't know who were the good and bad Estate Agents. The first Agent in contrast was lethargic, leaving me to chase things up. There was no refreshing of their webpage, and it became evident that once the property was listed, that was pretty much it. There was minimal contact, the 'human touch' was lacking. Computer's don't sell.

VITALSPACE recently sold my partners home in Urmston. They were extremely professional from the initial valuation to the property being sold. All the staff we dealt with were extremely polite, professional and nothing felt like too much trouble.
