I sold my house using Sanderson James in Levenshulme and the experience was very good. When i asked for a valuation the team fitted me in quickly, and gave me a fair assessment and idea of what sale price could be achieved. When i decided to press ahead viewings were arranged promptly and the team handled all queries, including letting in tradesmen/valuers. Offers were presented to me in one go, so i always knew what was on the table.

The process from start to finish was exactly as the team had described to me in our initial discussions, so there were no surprises. All in all a good experience. I'd highly recommend Sanderson James.

Well to begin with I understand how difficult it is in these trying times. Anyway the agent we dealt with, Joanne from the agency based on Reddish Lane was the most helpful, professional and patient we could of asked for. Cowboys stuck in the stone age! Dougie from Sanderson James stated he has 'people ready to buy the property' provided we give them exclusivity. absolute not. Then stated we have to sign a lengthy contract so that they can get the viewer in same day. reluctantly signed the contract. low and behold hes not available that day, rebooked for a few days after and he supposedly cancelled that viewing too. Did this fantastic buyer even exist or was this just a way of getting me to sign on the dotted line?

Old school tactics to get clients to sign their properties over. Get with the times, buyers only care about who can sell the property first with a fair price. It is a shame the company remain so rigid in their ways. Sold the property with another agent very efficiently within a week.

I bought my first property from Sanderson James they were really helpful and efficient the process was really smooth. I didn't have to put any effort in as they were doing all the hard work for me. I would strongly recommend them as a sales agent. The Lettings and Sales staff were very approachable. They also recommended to put the property on the market to rent. Their fee's are reasonable and very competent to manage any properties. Highly recommend.
