I bought a property through Parsons at the end of 2021 and completed in Feb. I dealt with Lucy mainly but all their staff were incredible helpful. After having a failed house purchase earlier in the year from another estate agent in the area, Parsons were the polar opposite. Always returned calls and emails and chased my concerns when needed. Lucy especially was really helpful and definitely made the process a lot easier than what I had previously experienced. Would highly recommend and will be my first point of call if i ever move again.
