I rented a house for just over a year and there was a cooker that was in with the tenancy The hob was induction hob that kept malfunctioning and wasn't fixed the house was a mess when I moved in the light and fan didn't work in the ensuite bathroom. I fully redecorated the house and replaced carpets on the stairs and landing. They tuck a massive chunk out of my deposit They also didn't pay towards the carpets. when ever I rang the estate agents to speak to Paul Curtis he was apparently busy everytime.

I've spoken to him twice and he is so rude it's unbelievable. I also got charge for something that wasn't in the inventory which I will be looking into. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone if you do rent from them goodluck it's like trying to get blood out of a stone. I also have before and after pictures of the property with dates and times and videos also. I would advise you to do the same if you do decide to rent of these.

Awful people, no communication after a Tennant left building rubbish outside our cottage for at least 2 mths( still some there gate shut apparently well was open from 7 this morning, another excuse from these cowboys), rude unhelpful, time before emptied contents of a Tennant belongings onto our parking space of which we have to pay for, not even a apology, a missing Street sign 2 emails no reply had to get council to sort it and also came home from work one day to find erected scaffolding 2 meters from cottage for mths on end no explanation, Paul Curtis a man who can't be spoken to no matter how nice you are, He seems to dislike women alot
