Preparing a legally approved Tenancy Agreement - Assured Shorthold or Company Agreement as appropriate. Arranging cleaning prior to commencement of the tenancy (if required) (At additional cost).

From the outset of dealing with Grays Estate Agents and particularly Stephen I found them to be the super efficient and professional.
Stephen made the process easy and after initial checks the process of moving in was smooth sailing. This coupled with the fact the landlord was great made my whole experience of moving a lot easier than normal. Even obtaining my deposit and advance fee was just an email and phone call away, and both was gave back to me on the same day.. Within minutes. I couldn’t recommend Grays and/or Stephen any higher.

Stephen Gray is a crook. He acted very friendly until it was moving out time. He'll do anything not to give you you're deposit back even when house has been cleaned and proof of all bills paid shown. When we moved in he showed us kitchen bulbs that didn't work and he told us not to worry about them, when we moved out he detucted money for each individual bulb. Got about half of the deposit back eventually after a month. Avoid!
