The RICS HomeBuyer Report is suitable for most properties and purchasers and is the most popular survey among our clients. We produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) as we are qualified Domestic Energy Assessors. McGeehan Chartered Surveyors are an independent Chartered Surveying practice located in South Belfast.

The RICS HomeBuyer Report includes statements on the construction and condition of each element of the property and provides advice on necessary works and further investigations. Hi all. This company missed so many massive problems in their survey, I am starting to regret paying at all! Did they even enter the bedroom?(missed huge stains) Did they try to run the shower? (leaks after 30 seconds) Did they even LOOK at the back doors? (huge gap in door frame). Loads of other issues missed or just not mentioned. I think I might have done a better job myself 6 jagerbombs deep with a blindfold on!
