From meeting Paul for the 1st time to arrange the sale of my Mums house in North Shields, it is pretty obvious he knows the locality very well (Good North Shields lad) and you are dealing with a professional family run business. The entire process which isn't the easiest was made a lot simpler having Paul taking care of the sale. The office answer the phone, and queries are responded to promptly. My personal experiences of house selling, solicitors and estate agents hasn't been that good, but Paul and the Fresh team were a breath of fresh air. Great service.

I bought a property through Fresh just before Christmas and they were extremely friendly, they politely pushed the seller when I asked, and ultimately helped me to push the sale through before Christmas despite some issues with the sellers solicitor. I would like to recommend Paul and Fresh Property Centre. I recently asked them to give us a valuation on our property which had tenants at the time. Paul spoke to me after the appointment and offered me some very useful advice. He had also taken some photos to make me aware of the current state of the property. He sent a written copy of his valuation and copies of other paperwork we needed. Overall they offered a very friendly and helpful service.
