Our Customer Experience Team are a professional and experienced group of staff that process all of the internet enquiries until 10:00pm 7 days a week. Amongst other roles, the team will receive overflow telephone calls from our branches should all the staff be busy, which enables us to minimise any calls that get missed.

When I first visited Bradley's in Exmouth, Ben was my initial contact. Ben was very helpful and after a short conversation, was able to provide me with several property details to take away and look at. I booked 3 viewings for a few days later and Ben met us at the properties and conducted the viewings in a professional manner. He was very helpful when asked questions and the property descriptions I had been provided were accurate when we viewed the properties.
I put an offer in for a property I had viewed with Ben the following day and got a quick response. I returned back to Lichfield having secured a property subject to contract and was extremely happy with this and the service I had received from Ben at Bradley's. What should have been a straight forward sale and move to Devon, became a rather long and at times frustrating affair due to my sale chain falling through further down the line on the day of exchange.
Lisa dealt with my purchase at this point and again I received excellent service and support, through a much lengthened period leading up to exchange of contracts on the whole chain. Lisa minimised the potential stress of the delay's, only making contact with myself when absolutely necessary and keeping my seller as happy as possible during the delayed process. Thank you both for your help and support in finding and ensuring I got the property I now look forward to moving into next week.
