Patrick and Greg created Purple Frog in 2007 while they were studying at the University of Birmingham. We were certain we could change student accommodation for the better and provide the service that tenants and landlords deserved. We started Purple Frog to work around students' needs. That meant the right properties, the right opening times, arranging viewings around you and giving a proper level of service, says Patrick. By doing this we make student living easier. We tailor our service to every individual, and we strive to be the best, every single day.
As well as helping landlords of student property to let and manage their properties, we can help if you are looking to build or divest your student property portfolio. Our sales team are experts in student property sales and investment. Purple Frog Sales is a rapidly expanding part of our business, with increasing numbers of investors seeking the same genuinely honest and helpful service that our lettings and management teams offer. Trying to organise accommodation for my son's final year at university. We paid our deposit to the details supplied on the lease. Turns out this was the incorrect as the deposit went directly to the land lord. Now Purple Frog just keep emailing asking for the deposit as the land lord has refunded it. He hasn't. I can NOT get through to anyone at Purple Frog always voice mail and they don't respond to emails. One of the most frustrating companies I've ever had to deal with.

I would score Purple frog 1 star but Shian Priest 5 stars Shian Priest was amazing- I had been left feeling despondent because we had waited 3 months for our deposit to be returned and no amount of emails or calls to Pirple Frog got us anywhere until the day Shian answered the phone. She was so kind and reassuring and went out of her way to ensure we had a response and we had the deposit back a few days later. Just wish she had answered the phone 3 months earlier. A true asset to purple frog and your other staff should learn from her.

I used the live chat on the purple frog website and opened a chat with Shania. We had had a lot of confusion over house details and payments during the day, Shania was fantastic and efficient. She communicated with other members of the team quickly and made sure we had the correct information and contacts to move forward with our letting with a simple process. Wonderful service.
