Alison and the team are absolutely amazing. Amanda photographed my home Friday afternoon and my house went live that evening. Scott worked hard booking in 27 viewings during the following week for 'open day' on the Saturday. 7 offers and sale agreed via the lovely Alison by Monday afternoon! 11 days from photos to SSTC - I could not have asked for a better Estate Agent. We were selling our house with Watson Homes and we were very impressed with their professionalism. They are way more responsive than all the other agents we have dealt with in the past and every member of the team is positive and proactive. We did manage to sell our house with Watson Homes, however, we could not find a suitable property before the stamp duty holiday came to an end and decided to take our house off the market. Watson Homes were incredibly understanding and we will definitely be coming back to them when we decide to make the move again in the future.
