Stumbled upon this place when doing a search for the best brunch spots in Austin. After eating here, I know why it made the list. Smaller portions, which is wonderful since you're going to want everything on the menu. Get a few different things to share, or at least two items for yourself. You won't be disappointed. I got the lost bread "French toast" which an amazing whipped cream and fresh berries, and an amazing twist on eggs Benedict. It had fried tomatoes! A NOLA staple. This is the place to go for some great Cajun/creole brunch.!

Strong brunch option! The staff was friendly, service was pure. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options. The spot is located on city edge, but good location in east Austin. We started with the deviled eggs which did not disappoint. For entrees we explored the options - French toast (a must have), breakfast biscuit and breakfast taco were pretty good! It's also nice to have a chill server, energy was good no doubt. We'll be back, definitely check out sawyer & co if you're looking for a good brunch spot.

My first time here and the atmosphere was relaxing and laid back. Not too noisy to where I couldn't hear my friends. We for brunch and I ordered the Gaston Scramble with cheesy grits and a side of the small stack pancakes. The scramble was good, but not as warm as I would have liked. The pancakes were a little cool as well when it came out. I can tell it sat for a while before brought to the table.
Our wait did seem a a bit long. The cheesy grits was my favorite and also very warm. We also had mimosas where we could mix our own flavors, so that was a nice touch. Parking could be difficult because they have such a small parking lot.

I ordered delivery. Everything was packaged separately. Nothing was squashed or damaged. The food tasted good! I have no complaints! Update: I placed another order for delivery and the packaging was great again! The broccoli was in a separate cup and not mixed in with the seafood plate. The fried pickles were not soggy but still crisp! That was a big surprise to me since some foods just don't deliver well! The Jalepeno ranch wasn't overwhelming hot or spicy which was pleasant!

My husband has been here multiple times and raves about it. We both got the chicken fried chicken and I got it NOLA style with crawfish etoufe on top, the meal was amazing! Chicken was so tender I could cut it with a fork. Boudin balls were very good and the gumbo had the taste of a real gumbo not a watered down version.

Coffee cup was dirty, you can see the rings from where old coffee has sat in it, at first I thought it was stained and just wouldn't come clean but I rubbed it clean with my finger. Bowl of gumbo in picture was supposed to be an appetizer. It came out with all the food ordered. Which took a long time. Pancakes were cold when they came out so we didn't even eat them.
If the food was hot I'm sure it would have tasted 100% better. Wait staff didn't keep my cup full. At the end, we received the wrong ticket, glad I didn't just pay it. Not sure what all the hype was about this place but our experience here was not good. Another person who was waiting for a to go burger order told the host, it's taking too long and I gotta go.
The host didn't even offer to go check on it, just let the guy leave. Gave two stars cause maybe it was isolated experience but there are plenty better spots for Saturday brunch.

Awesome brunch! I was in town for work and stopped by before I went to the airport. It was warm enough to sit outside on the patio! I had the fried chicken biscuit with grits and coffee with cream. The biscuit was amazing! The fried chicken was really good and they put maple syrup on it. The grits were awesome and had cheddar cheese in them. I would come back here anytime!

Moving in to a new home with a partner is meant to be an exciting time but this nightmare is far far away from that. We were handed the keys to a property that was filthy; that didn't have a smoke alarm (legal requirement). We still don't have any heating after nearly a week being here. After numerous calls and visits to the branch. We feel. incredibly misled because the landlord is elderly and deaf.
We weren't told the situation before moving in and he's hard to get in touch with. As Paige said on the phone today "he's a nightmare"! Our front door doesn't lock, the hot water is just about dripping out and there's hazardous wires all over the floor. Sawyer and co don't want to deal with the landlord so they've palmed us of with no duty of care. While both working full time this has caused so much stress and upset. Wanting a safe, warm home really isn't much to ask? Is it?

Worst estate agent in Brighton and Hove. Rude, awful communication, can't manage their vendors, never know what's going on. When you try to complain they don't even follow their own complaints procedure. The property we bought was not vacated so we moved in with the previous owners still there and moving out for nearly and hour. Property was left. filthy and there was no attempt to sort it out, even given the risks around covid. Sawyer and Co tried to get payments delivered in cash for items and solicitors fees that sat outside of the contract (?!).
The whole experience of buying a house is supposed to be exciting and joyous but we were left worrying constantly and being spoken to rudely by their staff. Not even a congratulations or card on collection of our keys. Says it all really. Dreadful. Avoid if you can.

Wouldn't bother applying for work with this company if your disabled as they will ignore you, not provide reasonable adjustments, and wont bother contacting you. Caused alot of stress having to contact indeed to get the application I used and they deliberately ignored every aspect of fairness and respect and as for being professional forget it. Ask them a question they ignore it need not say anymore. no common decency, professionalism or politeness or email "nothing" abysmal.
As for any lies from sawyer and co the job was removed when I reported them to indeed for discrimination after they hadn't complied with simple requests "no cost requests" and reasonable adjustment

The way that they deal with people. The staff are friendly and professional at the sane time. They are very proactive. They have recently dealt with our rental and have kept us updated, every step if the way. We would like to thank all the rental team, especially Paige, who was always ready to help and advise.

Selling a home through this pandemic has been a journey made a whole lot easier by Sawyer & Co. They have been so professional, helpful, courteous, patient and effective. Throughout the process I was supported by many of the team, all helpful and professional, but feel I should thank John White for his stellar service throughout, and Bob Beaken for finishing the deal. I would definitely use this business's services next time I move.

I used Sawyer & Co try to sell a one bedroom flat after being made lots of promises about regular engagement, client focused processes and transparency via metric sharing. They were extremely keen prior to getting my business but then absolutely rubbish after that. I recieved no updates unless I chased repeatedly for them. The website viewings were. only shared with me twice in 3 months despite us agreeing weekly updates on numerous occasions.
When I did get site of them they were appalling and when I asked for advice on what to do I was told they would move the pictures around. This happened several times. I dropped the price. it had no impact. I saw no evidence of them actively trying.

Photo: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4wW9SX3SPYgbDZzb1VHQkp5SUk/view?usp=sharing Abysmal block management service. Zero concern for health & safety, and totally unresponsive. A serious ceiling leak in my former rented flat lasted for 8 months (may be fixed by now, I had to move because of it), ending up with a gaping filthy 1m hole in the ceiling, but "limited budget" meant they were leaving months between updates.
All the while my house was flooding each time it rained since October 2016. They still, bizarrely, responded to this complaint claiming that they "had not acted improperly". I consider a functional ceiling to be fairly fundamental, but from the reaction of Sawyer & Co block management services, it was as if I was asking for luxury. They're fine when things are going well, but they honestly cannot be trusted to care for properties. I would be disgusted if I owned that property, or any managed by Sawyer & Co.

We have purchased one property and let two through Sawyer and Co in Hove over the last 6 months and have found their service excellent all round. The phone and emails are always answered quickly and any problem and or queries sorted very efficiently. We have dealt primarily with Harriet, Kerry-Anne and Georgia in the Hove office all of whom have provided an A1 pro-active service. We fully intend to continue working with them into the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

This was our first experience with Sawyer and Co and we were really impressed by the knowledge and service of Erica Clee - we don't normally leave reviews (who does unless something goes wrong!?) but my husband and I felt Erica deserved a mention. Right from the beginning we felt we were receiving a person-centred service (as opposed to a sales-centred service). We'll definitely be recommending Sawyer & Co to friends and family

We are currently in the process of buying a house in Hove and I would highly recommend Sawyer and Co.
Ashley has been outstanding throughout the whole process. When we had some queries regarding the home we are purchasing, he phoned after he finished work on a Friday night and spent 30-40 minutes addressing our questions. He has really gone above and beyond to keep us updated throughout the process and we cannot thank him enough.
