Bond Residential seem to value their home buying clients over everyone else. Our emails were ignored even after sending all of our details to view a property. On the day of the viewing, we were sent a very dismissive email completely ignoring our previous email. Quite an unpleasant experience.

We decided to list our house for sale when I was pregnant hoping to move before our baby was born. We ended up in a complicated chain and moving with a 4 month old baby. The only thing that made the whole process easier was the service we had from Bond. They were constantly chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain who were useless and bad at responding, they always kept us up to date, and really gave us peace of mind that they were on it.

Every call I received they would check how my pregnancy was progressing and once he was born always asked after the baby which was lovely and made it such a familiar service. They always checked if it was a good time to speak and really couldn't have done any more for us. If you're thinking of selling your house I would 100% recommend Bond, they definitely earned every penny in the sale of our house!

The initial house we inquired about had fully booked up their viewing spots. I let the agent know what we were looking for and if a viewing slot became available then to let us. know.

The next day i was contacted regarding another property that was not yet fully listed on the market. We had first viewing of the property and organised a second viewing two days later, after which we made an offer. I was constantly kept up to date by their helpful and friendly staff and felt like they genuinely cared about my purchase. Would recommend to anyone purchasing a new house, in particular the Chelmsford branch whom i have nothing but praise for.
