Great service from Jane and Sarah when purchasing a house through Arden's in what was a long process. Jane was fantastic in chasing and following up until the sale was completed and kept us informed regularly. Arden have been a great estate agent and went above and beyond to help us secure the house we wanted. We spent about a month viewing properties with them and they were very good at fitting us into their 'open house' days for viewings. When we found the property we wanted, they checked in with us regularly and were very professional in communicating between us and our seller. My experience of trying to purchase a property was exhausting. Lesley, from the Barn Green office, I found to be extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. A complete lack of consideration with no sense of urgency in returning calls, emails or even checking the diary. Suffice to say I withdrew my offer and used another agent.

I highly recommend Arden Estate Agents. Lesley got back to me straight away from all queries and the service was professional and yet personal and friendly at the same time. I have just sold my house with this company. I have found them to be very professional and extremely helpful with the process of the sale. Their staff are always helpful and friendly and are always available when you need to speak to them. I feel like I have had a very personal service. From the outset they advised me as to what would be good selling points and how to improve the look of my home, as well as selling it and all that goes with that, I have also had nterior design ideas and tips. I would recommend this company and if I ever sell my property (that is once I find another one!) then I would definitely use them again.
