Paul, was helpful and courteous arranging to put the house for sale, followed all my requests for the brochure and marketed the house with professionalism, which showed in selling the house in under a week. Once the sale was agreed, Sonya then pushed to get the house through to exchange and completion as quickly as was possible, lawyers notwithstanding! A highly recommended team, which I would not hesitate to use again.

Today was the third time I have called this Estate Agents to enquire about a house listed for sale. Each time they have responded saying an offer has been accepted and the houses are SSTC. They should therefore be promptly altering the listing status to avoid wasting people's time.
