This is the WORST agency in SANDWELL WK properties, please, no even an enemy I would send to this agency, the manager that Julie lady is full of jealousy and Hate, I develop high BP, and depression because of these people, I am finally free, for your child health and your mental health do not rent from Wk.the beginning is sweet the end is bitter. In the end you will thank me.lost all my furnitures gets nothing back. You will thank me 1 day.

Our property purchase experience with WK was excellent.staff is so helpful, soft spoken and really helpful. We had really bad experiences with other agencies.so I will rate WK number 1. Definitely going back to them again n again if I need to buy another property. Highly recommend them to family n friend.i assure no one will regret. After nearly 15 months on sale and 3 prospective buyers pulling out the first after 9 months Jess at WK was always available to show people round at any arranged viewings. She has understood my ethos and fought my corner most times without me having to give my response to would be bloggers. Happily we have now concluded the sale of a house that belonged to my late relative. And congratulations on a job well done.

We made an application for a property through this estate agent all paper work handed over and checks complete and then was told the property was now being sold instead. Miss leading and unprofessional. We spoke to Tom the owner he was very vague and could come across quite rude when answering questions about our application and the property we were looking at. If I was you I wouldn't use or recommend this estate agent at all.

This estate agency lacks in professionalism On Friday 9th October I was supposed to have a viewing of a property they had for let in Wednesbury, a few days before I called and arranged the viewing for Friday, before ending the call the guy i had spoken to on the phone said I should have a text and email confirmation come through to confirm my viewing, after waiting hours with no confirmation I decided to call wk property with no answer.
I called back 2 days after on the day before twice with no answer from the company to confirm my viewing, on the actual day of viewing I called 9am to confirm if I still have the booking for 10am they confirmed and told me I still have a viewing at the property and can't be late otherwise they will just leave the guy I spoken to told me he could give me a total of 15 minutes extra to get to the property.
Finally left to get on my way to the property and called one more time for confirmation again that I have gotten an extra 15 minutes to get there but only this time a woman answered and told me I haven't got an extra 15 minutes but she will call the people at the property and tell them to wait 15 more minutes. Getting there 2 minutes earlier at exactly 10.13am I had called the woman back and told her I'm outside the property there was no answer coming from my phones but when I called of a different number (my partners phone) there was an answer and was told to go into the property and the guys will be waiting to show us around, as we walked in the janitor of the building updated me and my partner and said they had left a long time ago. then calling back the estate agents with no answer from either number.! Absolute outrage no professionalism whatsoever

Currently renting a commercial property through this company's management service (tawk) and the service is appalling. Struggled for weeks to get through to anyone to discuss a query I had. Phone would constantly ring until hung up with no voicemail at end. Was told to leave messages on a mobile number for someone to call me back, did this and I still failed to receive any response.
I had a buyer that wanted to purchase my business but due to the lack of response my estate agent and I were receiving from this company over the duration of a month, the buyer decided to eventually look elsewhere. The manager/director called Tom has been nothing but rude, arrogant and obnoxious on every occasion that I spoke with him. He appears to lack basic customer service and communication skills.
I paid my rent on time every month and ran my business well but this person would still call me and make demands not even included in the tenancy agreement. He came across as very aggressive and angry in the last conversation I had with him. I feel sorry for the people that have to deal with this person on a daily basis.
