Can't fault first choice move. Great communication and service all the way through. They gave a fair estimation of my property and broke down why they believe it would be priced at that range. My property ended up selling right on the top end of that estimate so I was more than happy. They outlined all the fees and gave me a copy so I knew what to expect.
They kept contact all the way through, all their staff members were very helpful and polite.They answered all my questions as it was my first time selling a property and was patient with any uncertainties I had.

All pictures were done to a professional standard and really showed off the property in its best light.

Right down to handing over they keys they gave me courtesy calls and updates as to what was going on. They even gave suggestions of professional solicitors and advisors all which made the process a lot easier.

After months of having our house on the market with another agent, we decided to go with a different one. My friend recommended First Choice because he had the best experience with them, so we decided to just go for it.

Right from day one, they were absolutely fantastic! The lady who came to ours to market our property, gave us some really good tips on how to get an offer, which we did.

The house went on the market, had one viewing the same week but it wasn't suitable which we understood. Two days later, we had another viewing which went perfectly, and they put an offer in above our asking price which of course we accepted!

Since then, everyone at First t Choice have been so helpful, supportive but most of all, always available if I needed any advice or questions.

We honestly didn't think we would sell our house, but thank goodness we changed agents. Absolutely no regrets at all, they gave us proper feedback and explained everything.

Really terrible, they lied and lied to get us into a rental property and then abdicated responsibility were rude and uncooperative. refused to listen when our hot water failed, at one point the person in the lettings department circled an led light on an image and told me to press the 'big red button' she was sure enough it existed to be rude but of course was a figment of her imagination and no hint of apology.

She sent someone into my house (without telling me) to destroy our oven which only needed a replacement thermostat and replaced the oven with the most laughably bad toy oven, not even fan heated. spiteful and pathetic. In summary this agency appears to be run by the very worst kind of people, you don't want to have to rely on these entitled narcissists if something goes wrong. Save yourself a whole load of hassle and skip over this dumpster fire and find another agency, anything. You're probably better off selling your house via ebay.

In response to the review just read, We are currently looking to move to the area and the information provided by this agent is extremely poor. No floorplans, directions to properties incorrect, very poor pictures, no information about garages sometimes not even mentioned but great detail about trees (which I don't need to know about). I have phoned them a couple of times, before the lockdown, and the young women answering the phones were generally very rude and abrupt. we will unfortunately have to deal with them but I will be informing the sellers of our experience. zero stars

Service is appalling. Staff are fine for the first couple of months but if your property doesn't sell within that time they really don't care about selling it (comments passed on to us by viewers). They are rude and did not follow simple instructions, constantly ignoring what we told them - repeatedly ringing us at times we told we them we weren't available and ringing mobiles when we asked then to contact us on the house phone because of the poor mobile signal. Viewers also told us they were rude to them and made little effort to contact us.

We had viewers turn up unexpectedly who'd been given a day and time but we hadn't been notified. Would never use again and would definitely not recommend. Would give zero stars if we could.
