Having lived in Edinburgh on and off for the last 15 years I can confirm that AHL are the best agency to rent from. Anna and her team are so lovely and helpful when needed. They give you your privacy in your home but if there are ever any issues they are quick to help when you reach out. They are also very good at given plenty of notice for any inspections or maintenance visits needed too. Could not recommend more. Was very sad to leave them when I moved out of my last place into my own home. But I always recommend them to others.

Great company, the staff were very professional and kind to us. The few times we needed them, they responded very quickly and efficiently. They were all very respectful, and we definitely recommend their services.

Lovely team to deal with. They were managing the property we were renting and they were superb in responding to issues and requests. The team was also very respectful of our privacy, gave us plenty of warning when they had to do an inspection and they were very lenient with time allowance when it came to the final inspection and hand over. Would always go with them again if I lived in Edinburgh.

AHL were a fantastic letting agency. Such a shame that I had to leave my flat, but I can say that they were incredibly responsive, the maintenance visits were regular and timely, and their team in general seems to value quality and good service highly. Their maintenance guy, Jacek, was the most friendly and pleasant contractor of all time, and did a great job every time he came round. The team also made me aware of my rights during the eviction process (the flat was being sold) which was highly appreciated.

The team at AHL were very efficient at communicating, getting repairs resolved quickly and being transparent about any issues. They are by far the best letting agents that I have come across during my time as a student in Edinburgh, and in testament to this I remained in the flat for a year longer than I initially planned, as I knew I wouldn't find anywhere as clean, well kept or letting agents that were as accommodating as Anna and John.

I was one of their tenants for two years, the team at AHL were efficient at communicating, made switching out flat mate for a new one very seamless and were always very prompt with repairs.

We had a good experience with Anna Harper letting. Were flexible in meeting me a bit later than their opening hours to show me the flat we ended up living in, which was appreciated as I could not come during business hours. Application process was easy and hassle free with documents sorted online etc if you chose to! Any maintenance issues were resolved with the same friendly contractors used for most general maintenance requests, even changed our lightbulbs when we were uncomfortable using ladder etc. Thanks to all the team! :

We had a very positive experience with Anna Harper Lettings. Any time we had an issue, they were very quick to respond and resolve our problems. They are a small, friendly team who are happy to help in any way they can. We would have continued to use their services had we not been buying property instead. We have given 5 stars as we would highly recommend them for any prospective renters.

We had never heard of this agency before going for a viewing for a flat, but had a really good experience right from the beginning. The application process was easy and deposit was handled as expected. When our boiler broke down at one point it was seen to within hours, and when our fridge and washing machine broke we got brand new ones very quickly.

We were also given plenty of notice and time options for flat inspections. We mostly dealt with John who was always very nice and helpful. The rest of the team were also great. We would highly recommend this agency.

Can't say much about the agency, except that was ingored while trying to get in touch with them. While looking for the flat I seen one advertised by the Anna Harper Lettings, I fallowed the ad and emailed the agency, but never got the response.
