I have just bought a lovely home with adore estate agents in Bolton. Honestly so impressed with Adele. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. She s made the whole experience stress free. Can't thank her enough.

Had lots of agents around to value, Gemma had done her homework and was the most genuine. No hard sell, no arrogance, honest appraisal and opinion. Easy to contact on mobile if required, good communication throughout after property had been sold with both parties. Excellent all round (also happened to be the cheapest!).

Adore tried to sell our property a couple of years ago. What an absolute waste of time. Massively over inflated the value of our home, presumably to get us to sign up with them. A number of issues arose in the few months we were signed up with them. 1) Adore did very few viewings themselves. 2) Did not listen to us when we asked them to give us atleast 24 hours notice for viewing.

We reminded them of this several times and still they continued to try to arrange viewings at an hours notice. 3) We became concerned at the lack of viewings and called to discuss the price and maybe taking some different photos. We were completely ignored. we ended up taking the photos ourselves and sending them to adore to add to the listing. 4) Adore regularly sent people who the house just was not suitable for. infamy for some viewings it felt as though people had been pressured into coming viewing our home when they didnt really want to.

We went with another agent as soon as we could get out of the contract. the house then sold within 2 weeks. Honestly, I wouldn't use Adore again. They take good photos, but I would say that's about as far as it goes.

Adore Properties were the estate agents instructed by the owner of the house we bought. Angela, Gemma and the rest of the team were amazing throughout and did their absolute best to work as a go-between for us and the previous owners. All our queries and questions were answered quickly and clearly. From initial viewing, negotiating a price, all the way to receiving the keys to our new home, the team at Adore were absolutely amazing. I'd recommend Adore to anyone in the area that is looking to put their property on the market.

Bought a property using Adore and have to say the whole team are super efficient and super helpful. Mainly dealt with Gemma and Angela at Adore - they kept us updated regularly and were easy to get in contact with for any queries with the seller, they were always on the ball chasing solicitors for updates too. FIVE GOLD STARS for their professionalism expertise and all round package of care whilst they marketed and SOLD our two properties simultaneously in order to facilitate the purchase of another. Tricky stuff but they made it look easy! We Interviewed three local Estate Agents all of whom were affable but it was Gemma who stood out.

It wasn't long before we had agreed our Sales! We were kept fully informed throughout. Angela and Adele ensured they kept the communication links between the Estate Agents, Conveyancing Solicitors of all of us Vendors and buyers within the chain. Tricky stuff when dealing with one property and even more so when combining two sales to coincide with the purchase of another and all that during Lockdowns and restrictions due the COVID Pandemic and yet they took it in their stride.

As with any Sale it wasn't without its 'wobbly bits' but the calm professional approach adopted by Gemma who leads very much from the front, meant that we were always in safe, experienced and very capable hands. So I give this review knowing it's lengthy, but hopefully informative for anyone considering instructing Adore Properties. They were all BRILLIANT and clearly work very well as a close knit team.

They were attentive, answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and were both professional and respectful in all of our communications. Even when the solicitors were slow Adore were very supportive and patient. I highly recommend Adore properties.

I did not use adore to sell my property, however I bought a house that they were selling. Initially things were good during the viewing / negotiations and a price was agreed. Following that I found communication was very difficult. I know with covid things are affected however I didn't have that issue with the agent I used for selling. Often communicate was done via text message as they either didn't answer my call or I got voicemail.

I had no contact from them in relation to the completion date. I didn't know when the keys were there and as I couldn't get through on the phone so drove to the office and was given the keys as they had them already. They are pleasant but I feel the company lacked leadership and professionalism.

I would highly recommend Adore properties to sell your home. Their valuation process was simple and a their advice on listing and price was accurate. They provided a number of pricing options which meant their fees were the most competitive in the market for our needs. They asked the right questions when viewing requests were made to reduce 'time wasters' and with the property being advertised on Rightmove, it meant we were not impacted by location.

The most impressive quality from Adore was the communication. Not once have I needed to chase, they constantly kept me updated and provided a lot of support and advice where needed. It's made the whole process as painless as possible. Thank you to all the lovely ladies who helped to sell or house!

We have found Abode Properties in Westhoughton an excellent company to work with. They manage to be helpful, friendly and relaxed whilst maintaining a professional approach. As tenants of one of Abodes properties we found them to be very responsive to any issues, great communication throughout and we were able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful tenancy.
