I would give it no stars if there was an option. Unprofessional staff. They are only after your money. They are slow to carry out maintenance work on rented properties.

I see mr.bobby singh, owner, has been a very naughty boy and has been given a jail sentence, suspended. For operating as an estate agent when he was banned in 2013! Oh dear.

HORRIFIC The customer service stills here are diabolical. Ranj Ferlance, Lettings Manager is a disgrace to the company. When the property was being viewed for new tenants Ranj called me at 9am with the opening line "Where are you?!". I have never been so spoken to like this before. Not even my own friends/family. When ending my tenancy early due to a relationship breakdown, I was faced with sarcasm and attitude and harassment by the professional. To then find out my referees were called to discuss my Council Tax Account.YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE

We went to view a property, we had a gentleman called Luke who showed us around, he was lovely, polite and answered all our questions. He made sure that we left the property feeling reassured and told us things that were very important. He was well mannered and very friendly; which led to us getting the property straight away. Make sure to come to love your postcode in order to look for a property and ask for Luke.

Excellent service, expert market knowledge and worth the extra fee! I recently invited Love Your Postcode, to my house for a valuation and to list it on the market along with several other local agents and Purple Bricks! Despite there being a shift to online agents and standards dropping, Love Your Postcode still managed to uphold an excellent service as well as excellent market knowledge.

Mr Kola whom attended the valuation, put mine and my wife's mind at ease and also made recommendations on refurbishments, to get the most out of our sale price. He was also kind enough to arrange the works on our behalf. Despite the fee being a little above the market rate, the service we received, before, during and the aftercare sales was worth the extra fee. Having spoke to fellow vendors in our peer group whom used other agents they did not receive the level of service myself and wife did during what could have been a very stressful time.
