I couldn't make the deal work for me in the end, however if anyone is looking to use a quick buying company I would certainly recommend House Buy Fast. I liaised with Chris Lunson who was friendly, efficient and professional, he took time to explain the process to me and was very trustworthy. HBF did make the best offer from the number of companies I contacted and unlike other companies, Chris did not attempt to pressure me into the sale or overload me with information, he only sought to help me through the process and was accepting of my decision in the end. If anyone wishes to use a quick buying company, I would not hesitate to recommend using House Buy Fast.

HBF are in the process of buying are house after we were let down bad by another house buying Company that messed us around and tried to low ball us I called Duncan from HBF and he set everything up Jonathan and Jeff come to the property the next day and agreed to buy the property now things are moving forward and are nightmare will soon be over (long story) and hope to complete very soon will update when sale is done but so far they are the best and easiest to deal with and what they offer is what you get not like others that cut the offer down

We discovered our dream house but, to buy it we needed a very quick move because the seller was moving into a rental property and there was no chain. I can't speak highly enough of this company. Property cash buyers often get a bad press and there are rogue ones out there but not Housebuyfast. From the very first conversation Mario was honest and upfront about how they operate and I was never mislead nor deceived. I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. If you are prepared to take 80% of market value for a quick sale or have a "problem" property then this company will buy it and pay all legal fees.

I wanted a quick sale and agreed a fair price for our flat. All went very smoothly (they even organise a home visit for identity checks so you don't have to send original documents through the post) and a survey carried out. In the end, because of change of circumstances, we didn't complete the sale but I would definitely use this company in preference to an estate agent if I needed a quick sale.

The whole process was easy, straightforward and stress free. So much better than using an estate agent. Mario was friendly, professional and courteous at all times and never exerted any pressure, he left it to me to make my own decisions. I liked his straight talking style!
