Very unprofessional company, in referencing email asking tenants to provide there own full credit history then using old default that they shouldn't have seen as the reason to not allow you to access the property. I have contacted a lawyer to find out if what there doing is even legal as landlords and estate agents get a toned down verson for a reason and this is breaking the rules. also have a proper look at there reviews on trust pilot all reviews have been made within days of each other after being invited to review.

This company told me I was 9th in waiting to see the property and would see it in June told them I would fine something else by then, plus said am sure someone will get it before me to witch she replied no one passes our credit check now I know why. I will be checking if what they have done is illegal and if it the case will instruct my lawyer to take action agent this shocking treatment.

I applied for a house to get a phone call telling me due to a default the landlords couldn't get insurance on the property is alot of bull and shocking behaviour. Stay clear of this letting agent
