My experience with Residential Estates has been excellent from start to finish. James has been so helpful in explaining everything throughout the process and answering all of my questions. There was never any hard sell or pressure. The entire team have been very helpful and professional. I am so happy that within a few short weeks my property was purchased, furnished and within a week of listing I already have 5 weeks of bookings! I can hardly believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. A fabulous service - THANK YOU!

Had the pleasure of meeting Paul Winder. Was sceptical at first that a company like this would offer such a service, ie. source a decent property, fair value, fully managed (if required) and sell off to clients with their best interests in mind. Way too many scammers in the UK market. Residential Estates proved quite the opposite! Paul suggested a HMO in Stoke.

Complete faith in the man so I went for the deal. 3 months later, now the proud owner of my first HMO and hopefully more to come. Paul was re-assuring through out, ample experience and helped to navigate me through the deal. Always available on call. Good team behind him including Emma who assisted alot. Have no doubts, these people are good. Dont waste too much time looking around as there are some good deals to be had. Avy

I relocated from Ipswich to Chester, it was my first time renting and Alicia was faultless throughout the whole process, the virtual viewing was great and she responded to all emails really quickly. Unfortunately I had to leave the property before the contract ended and Residential Estates were understanding and so efficient in making the moving out process as easy as possible for me. I would recommend Residential Estates without hesitation!

Please guys don't get Drawn into a nice packaged offer of a new build quality property to buy, loads of nice talks and promises All lies, I found out the hard way after I've already parted my hard earned money with them If I can help the next set of people before they draw u in with false promises (like taking lambs to the slaughter) I could go into more detail but it would be to long, JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have found Jason and Natalie and the whole team absolutely brilliant to deal with. I am a busy doctor, working full time. They made sure they found me a perfect property, which met my criteria, near a station and high yielding. They fully managed it as service lets, without any hassle and advised me about council tax and business rates appropriately.

Should anybody have any doubts whatsoever? Please do not! this team of professionals will look after you every step of the way, they have both a great sales team, and a lettings team. I am currently purchasing two properties through them, in fact completed the first after two months on the 5th November and handed over to the lettings team to manage on my behalf, as i will with the second property the first a holiday let the second when sorted between solicitors (an external company i should add) a short term let (STL).

I won't put individual names out there, as every single person i have dealt with up to this point has put themselves out for my wife and myself before everything else, basically no question however small is ignored, they guide you through every step of the process, if you worry they worry they are doing it wrong and putting every concern you have in its box.

If you are looking to invest in property (and it is definitely far safer than banks/stocks/shares), be it holiday, lets, short term lets or simply long term property letting this is the company to choose. Thank you Residential Estates, looking forward to a long term growth portfolio with you.

We purchased an investment property through RE and subsequently use them to manage the property on a short term lease basis. We find RE to be excellent property managers who always keep us in the loop with clear and prompt communication. We have to make a special mention for Natalie Griffiths who is fantastic to deal with. We don't live in the UK and that can often make managing a property in the UK a little more challenging, but with Natalie there assisting us a lot of the stress is removed.
