We spend around £20m per month on purchasing property throughout the UK. Regardless of where the property may be, we will consider buying it. We make offers up to 100% of the market value (depending on location).

We have three types of sale that can be offered.

Firstly the cash sale, this is a simple cash sale that we can offer up to 95% of market value. Secondly, we offer our assisted sale product. This is where we take over the payments of the property until we sell it. We agree on a price, give the customer an upfront payment and once we do sell it, the rest is then paid. The last product that we offer is a quick sale estate agency where we look to complete quickly by pricing the property competitively.
