Why did we instruct Fox Grant Estate Agents?
Simple.... because they were the only Estate agents who dealt with countryside properties, who responded to our initial enquiries. Our property we perceived to be a difficult, long and hard sale. However, on our inaugural meeting with both William Grant and Liz Langford, their market expertise and listening skills gave us confidence, and eventually culminated in a buyer and subsequent completion.
Liz competently screened the viewings and liaised with 100% feedback, so we felt always totally informed.

Both William and Liz were easy to communicate with, using a variety of different sources, depending on where they were. They always responded as soon as possible certainly before the end of the day to our enquiries. Our sale was disrupted by a to total unforeseen medical emergency. This is where they both totally excelled and exceeded my expertations.

Their support was there 24/7 giving us compassion and space when it was required, but behind the scene they worked tirelessly to keep our sale alive using their expertise. Both of them were totally professional, friendly and extremely patient during this difficult period.
William, with his knowledge and negotiating skills liaised and secured our new home, with an incredible time scale to tie in with our sale. An amazing feat.

Contacted and spoke with an agent who I won't name, who explained the info I wanted could be found online, when the links online wouldn't work I re contacted the agent who didn't answer just returned a text sorry phone playing up, I texted back giving an email address and simply asking for a brochure. A few hours later I sent a chasing text to be asked for an email address which i had already provided.

After another chasing text from me I received yet another text saying sorry phone playing up. I text and asked them to call me or get another agent to call which never happened. Some hours later I found the sellers details and contacted them directly an arranged a viewing. To this day I havent had any follow up from the agent. Fox please do contact me and I will provide a screen shot of the texts so you can look into the service you provide.

Having spent over 80.00 in travel costs not including the petrol to view a property we were incredulous that someone could write such a misleading description of a property. We spoke to the agent before deciding to view and was told that it may need a bit of decorating! On arrival not only were we left standing around for 10 mins while the viewing agent sat in side drinking tea and chatting but the property needed a new roof and a complete refurbishment.

The viewing agent had no knowledge of property and could not even tell us where the boundaries were. It had a footpath incorrectly marked on the map which run through the stable yard and a bridleway running straight through your front garden. Very rude when we complained that we were mislead apparently it was our fault!. Would not recommend using this agent.

I'm glad others have written poor reviews about this agency. Tried to buy a property through them and found the sales tactics extremely aggressive. Thats when you are able to get hold of them! Eventually bought another property in the village and found that the vendor had tried to sack the agent.
