I found this company to be very professional and extremely efficient. After dealing with other companies in the local area and being let down on multiple occasions decided to try elite property after multiple recommendations. This was a very good decision, so I wanted to say thank you and I am looking forward to a long and successful future ahead.

Popped in for property details ended up being made to feel guilty about not wanting to buy the place on the spot. Oh well that's another customer lost.

The worse renting experience ever, believe the reviews you read about the agency. Really untrustworthy people, before I left the apartment I called the office twice to ask if it's okay to leave the furniture, they told it wouldn't be a problem and they wouldn't charge me anything. It took them almost a month to retry my deposit, ignored all my emails, charged me 120 for leaving for leaving furniture after they assured me that I wouldn't be charged for furniture.

Also charged me 150 to clean a tiny one bedroom apartment. Which was dirty one I moved in. They are lying in their reply to this review about returning the disputed charges. The worse agency ever, no wonder their rating very low.

From the moment we got in touch with regards to selling our property, the company were very responsive. The sale dragged on due to the volume of people selling due to the stamp duty holiday but Charlotte was very proactive in chasing up both sides and keeping in touch with regular updates. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have been using Elite Estate agents for approximately 2 years now and although like any relationships, there have been ups and downs, they have managed my property really well. They have always responded to my questions and tried their best to deal with difficult tenants. I would have no problems recommending Elite to continue managing my property and have already referred other landlords to them. Please keep up the good work, both for the tenants and landlords.

Very professional letting agency with polite and nice staff. Prompt responses to emails and any repairs arranged quickly. Would definitely recommend.

The worst experience ever. I can not understand how they manage to operate this office. All of the employees that I contacted were nonprofessionals and did not care about anything else apart money. I asked for a professional cleaning before entering the apartment and they agreed. Guess what, the apartment was extremely dirty, with rubbish on the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

There was a broken mirror in the bedroom. When I called them they insist that they cleaned the apartment. When I sent them emails with photos, they simply did not reply back. So, I went by the office and brought them all the rubbish that was left in the apartment. Only then, they seemed to care a bit, only because they had another customer in the office. Additionally, when we entered the apartment for first time, the battery of the smoke detector was running low, making an irritating noise every ten seconds.

When I called the office, they said that they will replace it the following day. However, they came to replace it after three months. After the end of my tenancy, I had cleaned the apartment. But, apparently it was not cleaned for them, as they kept 160 for cleaning/dusting the apartment, which was insane. I sent them email regarding this issue, but as always, they did not replied back. These people are dishonest and untrustworthy.

From start to finish Linda has kept me informed on all my property’s she has sold excellent service I would highly recommend using this company it also helps with her knowledge of buyers sourcing the right buyer for your properties

We used Elite to sell a house in the Ball Hill area. Having had no luck with a previous local agent we changed to Elite Property and Linda got us a buyer within 3 days. We dealt mainly with Linda and Craig and can't fault their friendly service and professionalism. Appointments were kept on time and we were updated with the sale process all the way to completion. I can definitely recommend Elite Property and would use them again.
