I had a great experience selling my property with Richard. I found Richard a very straight talking person, very honest, pleasant and easy to deal with. I decided I'd like to sell this place quickly as my long term tenants had left and I felt it was time to move on. I was really happy with the price that Richard offered, it was extremely fair and was what I wanted based on the current market in the area.
I was initially a bit sceptical when I called up as I'd heard that quick cash sales were always for much less than the market value, well not in this case! It was also a major bonus that it saved me the stress of waiting around for offers with an empty property, and having viewings when I live at the other end of the country.
