Five Star Service. I bought a house marketed by Holden Copley and their selling agents were fantastic keeping me updated on the position of the whole chain every step of the way. I then went on to rent out this house through their lettings team and, again, the service was first class. They arranged all necessary work on the property to ensure it was up to legal standards, tenant viewings, and reference checks, basically the whole process start to finish, with minimal input from me which is just the service I was after. Would 10/10 recommend both the sales and lettings side for a hassle-free time.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We had a complicated situation with selling two houses and combining households, and there were delays with our onwards purchase due to survey issues, but Melissa at Holden Copley was fantastic throughout the process. She managed the situation, keeping our two sets of buyers onside, and trouble shooting so that there were no additional problems.

We genuinely would not hesitate to recommend, we have moved regularly in the past, and whilst this was the first time we'd used Holden Copley, their customer service really is superior to any other estate agent. The particulars for both properties were excellent, the sales staff from the West Bridgford branch and the Long Eaton branch were efficient, friendly and proactive, and then the after sales service (which is never the fun bit) was the icing on the cake. Holden Copley as estate agents go are second to none! We sold our old home and purchased our new home through them due to a recommendation from another previous client of there's and from start to finish it has always been professional and efficient. They have a wide customer database and we managed to sell our house within the first week of being on the market! Holden Copley couldn't have done more for me as a first time buyer. The process for the viewings was fast and fair, and when it was confirmed that our offer was accepted we were introduced to Karen who was our Sales Progressor. Karen was always willing to answer any questions I had and even explained the regular processes to someone like myself who didn't have a single clue what he was doing.

My first solicitors were horrendous, and Karen was speaking between both the seller and our own solicitors to help the sale go through. After my solicitors not responding for over 5 weeks, Karen helped me source another solicitor who were better. Karen was keeping in contact to let me know every step of the way and what was happening with the seller, including being the middle person between us and the seller, and solicitors.

Without Karen's help, I'm sure the sale wouldn't have gone as smooth or at all. I would highly recommend Holden Copley, and if you have the pleasure to speak to Karen you can be assured that you are in good hands. Thanks again Karen!

We viewed a property in October with a young gentleman called George Rudd. It was our first property we had viewed and it turned out it wasn't for us. Nonetheless George was brilliant in guiding and advising us on what to look out for our future viewings. They were very quick to respond from valuation all the way through to confirming acceptance of the offer that had been put forward. By far the best estate agent i’ve used in 25 years of selling houses. We sold our house 3 days after it appeared on Rightmove and had 7 people that wanted to see it within the first seven days. For me the stand out elements are the quality of the photos used for marketing purposes on Rightmove, they are second to none. We also took advantage of the drone photo option and are so glad that we did.

This was a total game changer on the marketing of our house. The first photo used in the collection was a drone one and it enticed you to click and view the property to see what else it had to offer. The quality of photos on Rightmove is THE most important factor in getting people through your door for viewings and in my opinion no one does estate agent photos better than Holden Copley.

The second stand out element is the customer service we have received throughout. I was in a large chain (7 in total) and there have been a lot of moving parts throughout. Solicitors will only speak with the solicitors either side of your sale so we’ve relied a lot on Holden Copley to help with getting updates throughout the chain, which they’ve done at request and proactively themselves.

This has taken a lot of stress away from my selling and buying process and I am very grateful for this. The last stand out element is price. I’ve seen professionalism throughout, attention to detail and have been so happy with the quality of our marketing material. It’s fantastic the level of service we’ve had for such an amazing price. Please do not hesitate to use their services if you are in the market for an estate agent, you will not be disappointed.

Shown around property we were interested in buying by Jack Best. Jack acted in a very professional manner and was able to answer any questions relating to the property. From the start I knew my house sale was going to be successful with Holden Copley! Such a professional yet personal company. They sold my house within 8 days! I’ve already recommended them a gazillion times but you’d be struggling to find such a great service anywhere else I’m sure!

After being on the market for almost 11 months, 2 previous agents, hardly any viewings (5 with the last agent who we had for 8 months) and after our buyer pulling out with the last agent we decided to try HoldenCopley. One instant difference is communication. All the team we’ve spoken to so far are helpful, friendly and most important are contactable!

They are extremely professional unlike our previous experiences (we’ve had bad experiences!). Their fees are all inclusive so no crafty added extras. We went live on the market on the Saturday, Monday we had viewings booked in for the week and Wednesday morning we had an offer put in. The photos are the best we’ve had over all 3 agents and nothing was too much trouble when explaining what you thought would be best to show off your home and to be listened to is a must when putting your trust into someone else selling your home. HoldenCopley work with you as the seller and support you as a buyer.

House sale in 'Gedling'. My property was marketed and sold, above asking price, in just over one week. Of course I wanted a good service and I wanted speed from my estate agents, but the level of support I got from Holden Copley, the speed and efficiency in marketing, arranging viewings and handling offers was outstanding. Excellent Agents, had a couple of issues regarding our new home, as expected when first moving in, who doesn’t. Through reporting the issues, to being contacted directly, normally within minutes of submitting the problem and then having contractors out within a couple of days. Always polite and professional, taught me a few things I didn’t know anyway.

Nothing ever seemed to be to much, primarily dealt with Ryan Young who I believe is responsible for getting the problems sorted, I have to say, excellent. Both myself and my partner are so pleased that our first venture into having our new home together is with this agency, we heard a lot of horror stories from friends and family regarding other companies, so feel very lucky.

Cannot recommend Sheryl, Emma and the team enough. We've had what has felt like a string of bad luck with a very dodgy solicitor lower down in our chain and they have gone well above the call of duty to help, putting in hours of work to get us over the line. They're amazing. And I am a tough critic! These are a compassionate and caring bunch of people who put their heart and soul into their jobs, and we'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have just sold & bought through HoldenCopley & they have been amazing!!! I was quite nervous when starting the process but a friendly voice of Georgia was on the end of the phone to help me. She organised for Matt Copley to value our property who was nothing other than helpful, friendly and professional so we decided to sell with them.
