Not just finding good tenants, but dealing with maintenance issues and repairs quickly and always at a good price. I live in a house next to one that is owned / managed / developed by this company and encountered a number of issues during their refurbishment of their property including their contractors cutting our phone line and putting their feet through our roof. We were without internet over lockdown which was hugely difficult for two working parents. I am still awaiting compensation which has been promised to me by the managing director of this company but after chasing for over 5 months now, have received no feedback further confirming them to be unprofessional to say the least.

The flat hunting experience although a daunting task for some was made completely pain free with Regal. Booking in the viewing was super easy and they could not have been more pleasant on the phone. The first flat we saw w. as an instant winner and less than two hours after viewing and putting in an offer it was accepted. Every step of the process has been pain free and I couldn't recommend them more
