We moved into our lovely rented house 10days before the national lockdown, although we were abit disappointed in the cleanliness of the property, Lyndsey of forum lettings was very quick in answering our concerns and getting the work done when needed. Now we have been here a year we are very happy with the service we have recieved from Lyndsey and if we have any problems we can email or ring and things will get sorted quite quickly, would recommend forum sales to anyone who is looking for a property. Have just sold our property with Forum. Predominantly Martin dealt with the sale, and Ashley a little. It's been a long winded challenging sale, through no fault of theirs. Everyone in the team at Forum Sales & Lettings were really lovely and helpful with the sale of our property. We'd previously gone with a competitor of theirs who never got back to us and didn't get us any viewings in the 2 weeks we were with them, and we found them rather rude. Within 2 days of being with Forum they'd already booked 3 viewings in for that week and couldn't be more friendly and responsive. Martin was our main contact there and he went above and beyond to help us out and answer any queries we had.

I dealt mainly with Martin. They have been very accommodating throughout the process - as my husband and I visited the property often (it was empty) to measure up and get builders quotes. Always easy to get hold of. Towards end of the purchasing process Forum helped loads to get things moving with the vendor (the property was in probate) - things that would have taken considerably longer without their help. On day of exchange - Martin even popped up to the cottage to pop the heating on in readiness for our arrival.
