I have used Trust Inventory's services and Sebastian Tiplea in particular for a few years as a letting agent and have never been let down by them. They have always been quick to respond and have fit us in last minute on many occasions. Amended: Great experience, speedy response, efficient booking system, I really appreciated being able to comment electronically, although the responses were classed as by 'anonymous' and not by the landlord and tenant. I got a bit confused with all the different names of the companies/websites (Trust Inventory and Inventory Base) but the service was good.

I think the only thing that wasn't covered properly was the garden, but probably my fault for not asking for this. (Amendment in response to comments from Trust Inventory, you were made aware that the garden was included). Since reviewing tenant feedback, whilst there was some confusion over which was the correct meter, once agreed, I expected the correct meter readings to be given in the report but the readings and photos do not correlate and are incorrect on the report). Whilst these are easy mistakes to make, this is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, I would recommend this company.

Been using Trust Inventory for years now and the service is always 1st class - from the swift booking of appointments to the timely and comprehensive conduct of the inventory and the electronic delivery and signing of the reports. I recommend Sebastian and his team and I'm happy to continue to use their services.

Trust Inventory Ltd carried out Check out service on my property couple of days ago upon my tenant's get evicted. Sami Hamid was appointed to carry out Inventory check out service. I recently purchased a check in and inventory with 'Trust Inventory'. The communication I received from Sebastian was clear and thorough and he was very happy to help with all of my questions. Being a landlord living overseas it can be difficult to organise things like this but Sebastian and his team made it very straightforward. I also like the online system where the tenants and the landlord can check the report and add comments after the initial inventory is done - this is a feature that I haven't seen with other companies that I have used in the past. I would highly recommend Trust Inventory. My tenants informed me on Friday afternoon that they needed to move in on Monday. After ringing 3 different inventory companies and getting told they would need at least one weeks notice, I called Trust Inventory and spoke to Sebastian and the following day (Saturday) I met him at the property. I then had a highly detailed, professional report with clear pictures emailed to me an hour after the inspection had finished. Sebastian is a lovely person and great at his job and I look forward to using Trust Inventory in the future for all my rental properties.

Sebastian is a highly respected professional in Inventory management. I gave him such a short notice about what we needed to be done. From my phone call till he got the job done on site and issued the report, it was within 24 hours.
