I'm not into my third year of renting out a property through Orland Reid. Generally, my experience with the Orland Reid team has always been a productive and pleasant one. When the property is occupied, they are very communicative when informing me of any potential issues that need dealing with. The aftercare team are extremely professional, friendly and always responsive.

They always seem to do their absolute best to deal with any issues, helping me and the tenants in the process. Whilst it hasn't been easy to re-rent the property during the pandemic, multiple members of the team have worked hard to keep the property visible online, arranging multiple viewings as well as compiling the digital viewing option as well.

When renting a property, issues come up from time to time naturally. But I'm comforted by the thought that my queries are always treated with reasonable urgency and care.
