Best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Communication is amazing and I just want to say that Amy Rees who is our property manager is just INCREDIBLE. Had a few issues with our property when we moved in (due to no fault of Redbrik as they had only just taken the property on) and she has dealt with everything so quickly, bent over backwards to ensure things get sorted and has regularly contacted us to keep us updated. She is so kind too and lovely to talk to. Honestly she is a credit to the company and am so greatful to have her. Thank you so much Amy and Redbrik would 100% recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Redbrik. We were first time buyers, looking for quite some time - we kept putting offers in and missing out. Felt like the Redbrik team were really on our side in our search. Once we found our home there were the usual complications and negotiations, we felt incredibly supported as buyers in the situation. I really couldn't say enough good about our experience letting with Redbrik. We viewed a rental property in Sheffield, and were met by Amy, who was extremely friendly, welcoming and importantly, knowledgeable about the property. We've dealt with plenty of lettings agents who either didn't seem to care, didn't know basic details about the property or just didn't give us a good impression, so this was really refreshing. Amy answered all of our questions and more on e-mail.

Once we agreed to put down the holding deposit, we were left in the care of Georgina, who was also very helpful, and called us every day with updates on the referencing process. It also helped that we lucked into having a great landlady on our rental property working with Redbrik. All in all I can thoroughly recommend the experience, and if you see a Redbrik property that meets your criteria, I'd say go with them if you can.

The only mildly confusing thing was that they have two offices in Sheffield - one on Ecclesall Road and one on Abbeydale Road - so just be aware if you're visiting their office which one you need to go to!

Redbrik, Chesterfield, sold my property within a week of the Rightmove advert going live to a cashbuyer. They were very professional throughout, keeping me informed and checking with the solicitors on a regular basis on the progress. It took five weeks to complete. Would I recommend them? Having just sold my house with Redbrik the only review I can write is a positive one. The 5-star service we received all the way from initial valuation through to the sale of our property was second to none. All too often, previously, I would have to continually chase answers, never have my calls returned and generally feel frustrated with the property sale process.

This was not the case with Redbrik. The communication and support we received was excellent, the marketing package was superb and showcased our property very well, the online portal kept us fully informed of progress being made, finally, the fees quoted were also very competitive. A special mention must go to Kathryn and Claire who managed the sale process exceptionally well. I will have no hesitation in using Redbrik for any future property transaction I will be involved with.

Red Brik have provided a great service. Janet Stevenson in particular was absolutely fantastic. I don’t normally post reviews but I feel the service I have received from Sophie Proost has been over and above my expectations. She has guided me exceptionally well through the tricky process of selling my house and has held my hand all the way through it. I have felt totally at ease with her and feel she has handled my sale with complete professionalism.

Our experience with Redbrik was first-class for both our sale and purchase. We had regular contact with them throughout, and the solicitor that they recommended too. A bonus with Redbrik was that they had a database of people wanting to be on the estate where we were moving from so we had a very busy few days of viewings!
