Highly recommend Horton and Storey from my personal experience! We came across this Agency when we were viewing a house on a Saturday. We then agreed to have our house valued following Monday. Photos were taken on Wednesday, our house hit on the market at Friday night! All sorted in one week! It was because how prompt that they delivered their job, our house managed to attract lots of viewings requests over the busy weekend, which then allowed us to arrange viewings during following week.

And we were eventually offered very good price from quite a few viewers. Again, house sold in a week and our dream house has been secured by them too. All thanks to Horton and Storey's prompt and professional manner as well as their confident sense within the house selling market, we were able to go through the first section of the whole process so smoothly, they are no doubt a potentially very strong player who will only make house selling/ buying a less stressful one! I like the fact you need to send over docs before viewing. Shows only serious buyers are invited. Viewing was calm and informative. Had enough time to have a look around twice and get good feel for property.
