Colin lilley are a small firm run by Chris Burchell, no magic just good experienced staff who understands that every sale is different and everyone has different needs. Chris is not a marketing person, he is honest and practical at what can be achieved for the property. He remembers every minute detail you tell him about the property and needs and works to achieve as required. Would definitely recommend Chris and colin lilley after having hard time with estate agents and a lot of time wasting agency and silly deals.

COLLIN LILLEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF RIP OF MERCHANTS, MY AUNTIE RENTED A PROPERTY IN NOT SO CLEAN CONDITION TO START WITH, AND BEFORE SHE MOVED OUT SHE HAD THE PLACE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND PAINTED AND IT WAS IMMACULATE 10* CLEAN, THEY POINT BLANK REFUSED TO GIVE HER 400 DEPOSIT BACK, ANDY FROM RENTALS AT SOUTH SHIELDS LAUGHED DOWN THE PHONE WHEN I SAID HE CANT DO THIS! STEER CLEAR PURE SCAMMERS! PLEASE SEE PICS OF HOW NICE WE LEFT PROPERTY BETTER THAN WE RENTED IT.
