Local Properties

We recently bought a property being sold by Local Properties & they could not have been more helpful. Julie showed us round for the first visit, explained everything & answered any questions we had. We made an offer the following day & things progressed from there. We did go back for another viewing for measurements, etc. & this time we dealt with Russell.

Unfortunately there were a few problems, nothing to do with Local Properties, but they were extremely helpful in sorting things out & Russell kept us informed all the way through. We didn't have a Solicitor but they recommended one, also a removal company & different tradespersons, all of whom have been excellent. Thank you Russell & all at Local Properties.
