It has been a particularly difficult and stressful sale for my family as we live in Southampton and my Grandson has been very poorly in and out of hospital a lot. Not living in the area, we have relied on Claire to point us in the right direction re house clearance, solicitors etc. She has certainly gone above and beyond! I positively looked forward to her calls as she's just so cheerful and uplifting and very caring in asking about my Grandson and wishing him well. At first I had a slightly OK experience with our estate agent at Screetons, who then left. We then had Claire who was like a breath of fresh air! I can not thank Claire enough, she really went above and beyond for me during the process of buying my first home. After having a hard time with my solicitor, Claire would take the time to update me often and would answer any questions I had.

She is amazing at her job and made me feel at ease. She really made the long, dragged out process of buying my first home so much easier, I really can not thank her enough for everything she has done. Outstanding at her job.
