Stay away, very dishonest people. The woman says whatever you want to hear, just to make a deal. Afterwards is rude and doesn't care. She told us there would be nice, quiet estates, told us about the neighbors etc. But she was the one who brought the scumbags to the area, who shout and spit instead of talking. But she doesn't care when you complain, obviously money is more important.

My daughter used this company to buy her first home. The staff member was very friendly and called a spade a spade, no messing with fancy talking. Some might say a little unprofessional but hey she got a sale. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate with plenty to offer from hovels to mansions and reviews of the properties are well versed.

Don't phone you back when they promise. Don't take into consideration the largest increase in housing prices in decades before placing a valuation on your home that's virtually identical to several years ago. Not willing to listen to arguments for increasing their valuation based on market increases or additional assets added to the property since previous valuation.
Clearly not in touch with market values or they would recognise lesser properties selling for more in the immediate vicinity. No consideration for the implications of their valuations on real peoples lives when remortgaging and how their opinion can end up costing home owners thousands of pounds. Disappointing service.

Viewed property with Ronan 1st July. Put an INITAL offer on property. Ronan sais, as is what all agents say, "I will put your offer to vendor and back to you" one week later, no call with to offer. Sellers beware, Ronan didn't even seem interested in sale. Avoid if you are selling your home. Read reviews and don't think I am the 1st to have bad experience. No point in complaining according to other reviews.

"I recently sold my property and had a brilliant experience. when dealing with our agent Digney Boyd. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and efficiency. Every request I made was met readily and willingly. We found the staff to be professional, obliging and trustworthy. I would highly recommend anyone to avail of their personable service. "

Horrific customer service. Natwest use them and it has put me off using Natwest again. I phoned as they were an hour late for an appointment. The attitude of the girl who answered was shocking. Basically told me they were obviously running late, when i asked her to make a phone to check when they will arrive i was told they will get there when they get there and could i not leave a key outside for them to pick up.
I complained to the boss only to discover were the customer service training comes from. She was almost as bad. They had a cheek to refuse sending my report to Natwest as i told them i was making this review therefore holding up the process for me. I did not find them professional at all. I would not trust them selling my house. Good luck if you choose these guys.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a viewing of a property. Agent was late and then hurried us through the viewing as they had another appointment they had to travel to. Told us they had an offer already and were closing in a week and that we would need to make a counter offer that day. 1 month later - the property is still listed for sale. I will be avoiding properties listed by Digney Boyd.
