We dealt mainly with Ian \Duggan who was great. He always responded to queries and kept us informed. However all the staff we dealt with at Denisons were polite and helpful. We would highly recommend Them.

I'm using Denisons to manage a property for rental. My experience has been amazing! Leandra worked with me to get the property advertised and tenants on board, which all happened very quickly and effortlessly. She was extremely professional, friendly, skilful, and quick to respond to any queries. I've also had the pleasure to work with some of the other members of the team who have been equally helpful. Denisons sold 2 properties for myself and son. All staff were extremely helpful every time I needed to contact them. They understand how to sell properties and were constantly on top of the current situation with purchasers, chasing where necessary. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a brilliant experience with Denisons and cannot recommend them highly enough. Leandra in the lettings team has been fantastic. At a time when not many properties were available but it was a very busy market and we needed to relocate from North Yorkshire, she really worked with us to find us a great property. It all ran smoothly. Correspondence has been great with emails and phone calls keeping us up to date and confirming appointments and details of what stage we are at with it all.

We were lucky enough to find and buy a bungalow from Dennisons in Christchurch and we were very well looked after by Rhianna who gave us all the advice and help we needed to guide us through a difficult process and it came in on time and on budget. We have been tenants in a Denisons managed let for the last few years. We were very sad when the landlord wanted to sell the property; the only reason we are no longer with them. Denisons treat tenants as customers and not as a problem as with many of the other local letting agents (from our experience). I cannot recommend them enough, they are always quick to respond to queries, always work with you and Tonya and Leandra are a real pleasure to work and talk with. If we need to rent again down the line I would hope it is with Denisons!

This is the estate agent you should be using. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were extremely professional from beginning to end. We had a difficult house to sell but they managed to get offers in just a few weeks and we sold at a figure much higher than we were expecting. We were kept informed of every move and they were actively involved in keeping the process moving. They certainly proved that local knowledge is key and nothing was too much trouble. I doubt if any other estate agents could begin to match them.

Having wasted 3 months with on line estate agents, Andy and the team were enthusiastic from my first phone call and found me a buyer within a month.
