We bought a property that was in a chain, Richard Godsell Christchurch branch were the estate agents dealing with the top of the chain. We were at the bottom of the chain and had time issues as were in a short term let which was running out. Steve was fantastic and regularly updated us, chased everyone in the chain at the top and liaised with their conveyancers to ensure things progressed. I would highly recommend the branch and a big thanks to Steve especially. We're very happy in our new home and wouldn't have got here without all his hard work.

We had a very long and difficult sale of our house due to problems with our first buyer. There was nothing Alisatair or Stephen who were handling our sale could have done about it but they worked tirelessly to try to bring the sale to conclusion. Richard Godsell were acting on behalf of my vendor, but I felt their support and kindness throughout the whole process. Their hard work, professionalism and experience shone through and kept a delicate chain alive. To the point where Steve had to step in and take charge of the whole chain to ensure the exchange, for which I will always be very grateful.
