Good communication throughout, easy to book viewings etc. Kept in contact throughout sale process and given point of contact. Not involved in any fees so can't comment. Only issue was they contacted us on a house that fell through after we had already made an offer on a house they were selling.

The sale was due to bereavement and I lived a distance away. I was completely happy with the service from valuation through to completion, I never felt hurried in the phone, all staff dealt with matters in a friendly and professional way. Having worked in the conveyancing world, I do not make these comments lightly or without some experience. Would not hesitate to recommend and I rarely 'do' reviews but felt this relevant to the service I received.

Critical: Responsiveness Very disappointed with the lack of service we received and general inability to either want to find answers to questions or use initiative for basic queries, this is when we got a response. Lack of responsibility for actions when they were taken, and not at all what I would have expected from an estate agent try to 'sell' a property.

I do not even know where to begin. I sold my house through this company to an awful human being. I wad so sick oh and apparently bejing extremely vulnerable during a pandemic is no excuse not to move house Doesn't matter that I have kidney failure or diabetes, didn't matter tgat I was so ill! They supported my buyer none stop, I wad harassed and stressed out to the point I collapsed and ended up in hospital. Like gossiping witches, these people made my life hell
