I have nothing but praises for Pippa Harvey. Having being in rented accommodation for circa 20 years, with Indigo since October 2021 and Pippa dealing with me/us since January 2022. Pippa has gone above and beyond to remedy any and all issues. My first two months with Indigo (Michelle being my point of contact, she is no longer with Indigo) were a complete nightmare BUT Pippa turned this most unpleasant experience into my most pleasant encounter with a letting agency. Pippa, thank you for your continued support! Additional thanks to the other the current staff of Indigo I've had interactions with (Olivia and Tom).

I was recommended to Indigo by a friend that had sold his house through Jack previously. The sale was by no means smooth sailing due to my first buyer pulling out after a few months. However both times I had the house on the market, Jack found me a buyer almost immediately. He was very helpful, available to talk when I needed and always solutions orientated. I would definitely recommend their services. Many thanks again Jack for all your help.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Brad and his team at Indigo. They were knowledgeable and professional throughout. I received a first class service and was kept up to date with every step of the way. Brad ensured the process went as quickly and smoothly as possible for me. I'd recommend Indigo and would certainly use them again.

We sold our house with indigo about a month ago, we received great service from start to finish. They proactively came to value our property after an initial phone call, we had prompt viewings and a buyer was secured within a week. After this, they were helpful and very easy to talk to all the way through to completion.

Initially we had to deal with Maria which was a stressful process especially as first time buyers, she knew how much we wanted the house so she had the cheek to tell us if we did not go with their 'in house broker' the house will have to go with someone else, this of course is illegal and unprofessional. On the bright side we did not have to deal with Maria for sales and dealt with Julie, she was professional, communication was prompt and we now have a lovely house.

Cannot fault Julia and the other staff at the Barton Road office. Their level of service and professionalism has been nothing short of amazing. I have been renting through Indigo since 2020 and can honestly say they have been great from day 1. From the first initial viewing and sorting the paperwork, everything was done promptly and efficiently. They have always been great at communicating with myself and the landlord and if I have any issues they are resolved immediately. Highly recommend.

Indigo were on the whole quite good, they sold our property very quickly. But not being as familiar with the property market as professionals who do it day in, day out, we felt that we would have liked to be kept much more informed about every step of the way and considering the amount of money they get paid, which is more than the solicitors, they don't seem to do that much and quite frankly it felt at times like Indigo were working for our buyers and not us as the sellers!

I have nothing to say about Indigo than the fact they are a professional outfit. No wonder they sell and let all the good houses in Luton. I met Tom Drew some years ago and his professional approach to getting my property let was amazing. The service that his team have seen provided from repairs update, inspection has been nothing but good value for money. Tom keep up the good work, High recommended.

Have just sold my house through Indigo and have to say they did a first-class job. Especially considering we were chasing the final stamp duty reduction, with their help we manged it with 2 days to spare! The sales team in Barton Road were professional and experienced and stayed on the case all the time, keeping me informed all the way. Sharon and Julie, the sales progresses', then took over to do their part of the process and the support they offered to take me through the process was fantastic. Keeping in touch and answering my many questions in a way that helped me to keep my stress levels under control.

This is the second time I have moved house with Indigo and I would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact I would suggest that you couldn't find a better estate agent to take you through the house buying or selling process.

Used Indigo & I can highly recommend them for there knowledge of the local market & their expertise. The house sold fairly quickly but required an extra push from Indigo to get it over the line. I am very pleased with the result & the professionalism of their staff. Graeme especially, one of the other directors looks uncannily like Superman my son said he was half expecting him to pull apart his shirt & fly off. They all acted like superheroes. Thank you all.
