Really helpful staff and friendly staff at Ideal Properties. However 1 thing I would say is that they deal with Thornrest Properties who is the landlord of Wellington Manor. This place, in my opinion has a lot of safety issues mainly the fire alarm system(photos attached). f you are on the 3rd floor which is situated within the roof of the block it is very dangerous as all the windows in the communal staircase has metal bars and there is no way of raising an alarm if there is a fire except for the automatic smoke detection if that even exists/works.

I am not sure how you will escape a fire as the windows even within the flats on the 3 floor only open on to the roof. Also we have found syringes and homeless person sleeping in the communal areas. As their back gate is usually broken / doesn't close then it is not that hard for these types of people to gain access. Also they have now refused to have any communication with me when I requested my deposit back after I left the property.

They have refused to respond to my email request, will not provide exit inventory nor any reason why this is being witheld. I have now had to go through the deposit dispute process. If you are considering moving to Wellington Manor then my advice is DO NOT. Unethical landlord that has many dissolved businesses under the name of MR ALEEM AHMAD SIDDIQI who is also the same person that owns Thornrest Properties.

I could add pictures and you definitely would know which house this review relates to but hey your office does not really care about tenants, does it.

I have been using Ideal Properties for many years. I am very happy with their service. They are profession and efficient and I would highly recommend them.

Where do I start! The most amazing estate agent I have come across. The owner and staff are truly aligned like clockwork. I'm not saying that because they help me immensely with anything that comes my way but I have people I know who can vouch on my notion on the above. They have been around for decades and not once I heard any negativity. It's been a pleasure doing business with them and more in the future. Keep up the amazing work, will only get more better!

Recently I had to let my property through Ideal Properties Ltd. Ideal Properties is far better than other agents I used in the past. The staff are incredibly efficient and friendly. They found a tenant for me within two weeks of advertising and the entire process was dealt professionally. I would gladly recommend to any property owners to use the services of Ideal properties.
