From the first meeting with Jack we were impressed with his professionalism and his understanding in dealing with elderly clients. The transaction wasn't easy but Jack and Kayleigh from the Rustington branch both kept us informed at all times and managed to sort out some very challenging issues. 7 months from start to finish but we finally did it! We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and purchase with the office in Rustingon. We dealt primarily with both Jack Lydon and Ellie Norman and the service we received from them was excellent, both with the initial offers and then progress of the sale and purchase. They were both professional, efficient, and polite. In particular we apprciated the regular feedback and communication, even when very little was happening they kept in touch. All the staff at the Rustington office are always polite and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them.
