We recently purchased a house through Seldons and appreciated all the help we had from Lorraine, Avril, Andrew and the rest of the team in the office throughout the whole process. We found them very helpful and responsive when issues arose.

Definitely do not recommend this estate agents for lettings, although they believe they follow the correct procedures and are they for your needs aswell as the landlords this couldn't be further from the truth. We lived in a house that was riddled with mould, woodlice and a legal battle between neighbours, We reported the mould to sue and we were told this was our fault due to poor ventilation which again was not the case we purchased additional radiators, De humidifiers & our windows were always open or on the latch.

How they can say we didn't looks after this property is beyond me! Deductions from the deposit for mud on the outside door or a greasy oven door! I have pictures of the condition the property was in while living there with the mould, I also have pictures of the condition we left the property in. Absolutely unbelievable the attitude we received from sue at seldons vs any other estate agents we've ever dealt with.

Seldons sold my house in Londonderry. They are very professional, friendly and thorough. I firstly marketed my property with one of the big estate agents in Bideford. That was a mistake. I switched to Seldons and they did more for me in 2 weeks (including the sale) than the bigger estate agent did in 4 months. A big thank you to Sue, Emma, Andrew and everyone at Seldons.
