Although the application was rushing us at first, we were kindly accorded enough time to gather all the required documentation with few worries. Amazing service from the guys in the office in particular Altin. Its nice to have confidence in an agency that knows your style and needs when looking for a property as well maintaining great relationships once they've found the right property for you. I've forgotten my keys a few times and team have always been on hand to resolve the issue!

Andre has been great to work with, he is one of the few agents that I found put my needs at a high priority which seems to be rare in the sector. He is easy to communicate with (articulated and honest) and always very quick to get the answers needed. He also stays on top of things, which makes everything move faster as we progress through the sale. I would recommend working with Andre if you're looking to buy a property.

Angelina was so so helpful. I rang up about a property that I wanted to view. Turns out I wasn't able to rent that specific property but immediately recommended me another and booked me in for a viewing as soon as she could. Amazing customer service and overall a very wholesome person. I very much appreciate the help that she gave us. 10/10!

This was the third time for us looking for a flat in Ealing within 3 years. Generally speaking, I find working with letting agents difficult. They work on commission and hence the price is often the highest priority when dealing with them and positioning your profile. This time, I had an entirely different experience - Duncan genuinely appeared to have our best interest in mind and worked on presenting us tailored and in-time options. Treating tenants in the context of their situation, which is finding a new home, is a rare quality in this industry and being met with it made the whole search much more pleasant. Should I ever have to move again within the area, he is the first one I'd call.

Have been really impressed with the level of service I've received at this branch. As a buyer, I was still attended to with the utmost care and Dom in particular always went out of his way to help move things along and maintained a cheerful composure despite me often being grumpy with how long things were taking (not the estate agents fault). Though I don't have experience of them as a seller, I'm sure they would maintain and exceed the level of service I have been provided with

Molly Allen and all of her team, Reeta, Nat, Son and Duncan were an absolute delight to work with. I met with Molly originally in early November and she was very clear outlining the scope of service, the fees and rental valuation. Marketing commenced early February as agreed during the refurbishment process and I had a significant number of prospective renters through the front doors with asking price offers.

Every inspection was accompanied by a representative from RSK. I am very comfortable that a tenant will be moving in within a couple of weeks of RSK having been initially instructed. As a Chartered Surveyor having worked in a huge multi national organisation outsourcing consultancy work I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks to everyone there.

Great costumer service, including advice and follow up on a daily basis. Sona was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate our requests and facilitate the whole process. Duncan was nice enough to show us a couple of properties, and we ended up choosing one. All and all, it was a pleasant experience despite market limited supply of houses at this time. Over the past few weeks, we had to deal with multiple real estate agents. This was the best.

I was mainly in contact with Reeta, who ensured to give me daily updates and to check up on how our situation/house hunt was going. Which of course was amazing as I'm sure you've experienced, house hunting can be stressful. Visiting properties we were welcomed by Lenka (apologies if I've spelt that wrong) who provided great service as we walked around the two different places. I just picked up keys for my new apartment! Despite issues we had during whole process, agents Molly and Altin were extremely supportive and tried to make it as smooth as they could, from morning to late evening hours for a last a few days. Reeta has been supporting us in our search for a rental property for the past months. When my partner and I were looking for a new flat to move into we messaged RSK via a property we saw on rightmove; within a week we had had conversations with Duncan who asked us what our preferences in a property were and had a viewing arranged within 5 days of the first contact. We were subsequently accepted on an offer and all reference checks and contracts were issued and signed within days with Duncan being available to assist every step of the way.
