Very disappointing experience. I was having a busy and very difficult work week, and was unfortunately late on two viewings (about 10-15min each time). The second time the estate agent (a different one from the first time) did not wait more than 10min and left. He had called me 30min before the viewing to confirm. I was on the tube and did not have any reception.

I emailed as soon as I could and we got there 12min after the time but the agent had already left. He did not call to check with me before leaving. When I did call he told me that it was my fault and that I should have been there by 1.30 and that he had waited 20min for me (clearly that was not true since we arrived 12min after and he had already left).

I explained to him that I had traveled 90min to see the flat and that I had had a difficult week and that sometimes professional calls took longer which meant I might be delayed. He told me that he had called me and that my phone had gone straight to voicemail. I explained to him that I was on the tube when he called, he said that it was on me for not picking up. (I mean how am I supposed to fix that?).

I have routinely been left waiting with other agency and have never complained because I understand sometimes life just happens. The agent was extremely rude and kept talking over me and my friend who eventually took the phone because I was too upset by the way he was talking to me. My friend tried to just ask a question but the agent just continued talking over him and never let him speak.

He just went on and on about how it was my fault and I should just leave a lot earlier to make it on time for the viewing (I'm not sure I can leave work earlier than 5 which is already quite early by any professional standards). It felt like this was someone who clearly had led a rather privileged life and who never had instances where things did not go according to plan.

It was quite shocking to think that I had spent all this time and effort and he could not spend more than 10min on me. I'm not sure this agent is representing his seller properly. It was very shocking to be treated in this manner by someone who is supposed to provide a service to me and the seller. I will no longer work with this agency no matter how much I like the property.

My friend who owns properties will likewise not be using their services. Perhaps they are doing so well that they don't need new customers? I would advice you steer clear from this place unless you want to deal with people who have no basic human decency.

The best angency I have been dealing with so far as a tenant. Excellent customer service, repairs and maintenece jobs are sorted straight away after raising an issue. Especially, many thanks to Alan, who we are mostly dealing with, he responses promptly, everything is well comunicated and organised. It is a pleasure to rent from you! Thanks!

We very recently rented a lovely property in Ealing. We dealt with the agent Sinton Andrew's who were very efficient and good to deal with. Conchita Prophet was particularly helpful and very professional. Based upon our experience we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this agency to either landlords or renters.

Sinton Andrews were the managing agent for the property we rented for 1 1/2 years. They were absolutely fabulous. They usually responded to any issue within an hour and managed to resolve everything very swiftly. Always courteous and professional, they stand miles apart from the bigger names in West London.

I had business with Sinton Andrews for over 4 years since I rented a flat in Ealing managed by them. Apart from the fact I was delighted to deal with lovely landlords (which is rare), the flat was pretty good but I have to say one of the main reasons why I stayed within the flat for this long was the service provided by SA. The entire organization seemed to be great, from the team who managed the contract to the property manager (Alan Clark) who directly managed the flat.

Along 4 years we had natural hiccups due to normal plumbing, doors, oven issues etc. and even during pick pandemic times they were extremely responsive, professional and solved all problems. I absolutely recommend Sinton Andrews and I might ask for their support again soon for renting / sale purposes.
