My experience with Lauristons has been fantastic. Myah helped me through the negotiating and purchase of my flat and everything has been very smooth. I have loved the fact that whilst keeping in contact throughout the process, she did not keep pestering and chasing me - something which other agents do which I find very annoying. Highly recommend Lauristons. They scheduled all the viewings for the week that I was on holiday and got us multiple offers above asking price. They then did a fantastic job managing the whole process through to completion. Myah was great at dealing with unresponsive solicitors and helping to keep everything moving forwards. I have been using Lauristons to rent my flat in Wimbledon for the past 15 years, their full maintenance service is excellent, my flat has remained continually rented during this time and each tenant they have found me has been great with payment and taking care of the flat. The management team are excellent at organising any work to the flat, during this time they have organised a new bathroom, new kitchen, redecoration, throughout, new heaters and fixed a number of smaller issues. We were looking for a 2 bed property to rent in Wimbledon, and had to move within 4 weeks. We visited most of the estate agents in Wimbledon on Saturday. Due to exceptional demand in September and October all of the estate agents advised that the market was challenging, with lots of tenants but few properties. Jean-Claude at Lauristons advised he had a property he was seeing on Monday that he thought would be ideal for us.
We viewed it on Monday afternoon and will move in by the end of November. Working with Lauristons has been easy, both Daniella and Jean-Claude were very professional and empathetic. I would highly recommend using Lauristons, an Estate Agent with a soul.

We first contacted Lauristons and met with Alice Johnson a couple of weeks ago, and she has proved invaluable. She has been of great help to us, and often went out of her way to help us find a suitable apartment in Wimbledon. As is often the case we have been in touch with various other agents, but Alice and the Lauristons did their job without appearing to be pushy. Even though we ended up placing an offer on another property, we are very appreciative of her work and of the Lauriston's assistance in general.

I found Alice at Lauristons superb and incredibly professional to deal with. From the outset, I was impressed by how Alice took the time to understand what I was looking for and went to great trouble to try and find suitable properties. Alice was very flexible and accommodating in arranging a viewing and, when I arrived, was thoroughly well-prepared with details of the property and able to answer any questions I had.
In the end, I decided to choose a property just outside of London - but I'd have been very comfortable dealing with Alice and would happily recommend her as an estate agent to work with.

Lauristons are an estate agent to avoid. Purchased a new build property from them, which had several faults that were to be addressed before completion. On the date of completion nothing had been fixed. Of course once we completed not a single thing Lauristons had continuously assured us would be addressed have been fixed. They will consistently lie and will only say what is necessary to get the sale completed.

They came in to our property (trespassed) without permission, wouldn't take their shoes off without having a big argument about it. Incredibly ruse and abusive staff. Then on getting back the deposit told us we hadn't paid our admin fee despite us having proof from the bank that we had. Utter scammers, steal your money and will do anything to get themselves more money. Stay Away!
